Writing

Every day we have a different writing task and today we had to put a metaphor in a sentence. Here is mine.

There was a loud "bang"and then someone came rolling down the stairs.

    Good attempt Sophie - this not a metaphor. Metaphors use "is" or "are". They compare 2 unlike things (like muscly legs and tree trunks). Keep trying! Watch this again...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W26o9xM4sMM if you need.
